All Prices include shipping in India only. We would make all sincere efforts to dispatch the goods within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. It usually takes 3 to 5 working days to deliver the order. However, the time for delivery depends on various factors and same can vary. You are therefore requested to keep the track of your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can cancel the order any time before the order is dispatched. In case of breakage of product, the same be informed on Email at vidur@thecandledux.netwithin 2 hours of receiving the same, for which another product of same value or same product would be made available or in case you are seeking a refund, the same be mentioned and after verifying the assertion, refund, if possible, would be made within 7 days.
